ProdBuilds builds and hosts custom software for its clients. This policy covers this website and the data we handle when delivering that work.
What we collect
Your email address, if you submit it through a form on this site. In client projects we host software on our clients’ behalf; personal data in those systems belongs to the client, and we process it only on their instruction.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries and carry out agreed work. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use client data to train models.
Third parties
We use hosting and infrastructure providers under contract. Where a client connects their system to a third-party service, data flows there only for the feature they enabled, under that provider’s terms.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account to software we operate, we access only the Google data the feature you enabled needs, and use it only to provide that feature. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train models, and we delete it on request. ProdBuilds’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security and retention
Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials are stored encrypted or hashed, and access is limited to those who need it. Enquiry emails are deleted on request, as is client data — or within 30 days of the agreement ending.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If it sits in a system we host for a client, that client controls it — contact them and we will assist.
