From first call to production, with no surprises.
You work directly with the engineer who designs and builds your software, in short cycles you can see and steer.
01 — Discover
Scope & strategy
It starts with a short call about what you’re building, who it’s for and what constrains it: budget, deadlines and the systems already in place.
What you get: An agreed scope: requirements, assumptions, risks and what success looks like.
02 — Design
Architecture & plan
Before production code is written, we agree the architecture, the data model and the main user flows, and choose tools your team will be comfortable living with.
What you get: An architecture you can explain, and a plan in small, shippable steps.
03 — Build
Iterative delivery
Work ships in short cycles with regular demos, so you can steer early. Every change comes with automated tests: unit, integration and end-to-end.
What you get: Working software from early on, and a test suite that keeps it working.
04 — Deploy
Launch & support
We take care of the production deployment and monitoring, and stay on after launch, when real users find the edge cases.
What you get: A running system, the knowledge to operate it, and support after launch.
Principles
What you can expect.
Built to grow without a rewrite
Simple, containerised foundations that scale when you need them to, instead of a rebuild in year two.
Tested end to end
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests are part of the work, not an optional extra.
Direct access
You talk to the engineer designing and building your software, not a chain of account managers.
Honest scoping
If something will take longer, cost more or isn’t worth building, you’ll hear it early.
Works with your team
We fit into existing codebases and work alongside your frontend, QA and infrastructure people.
Your data stays yours
No selling it, no advertising use and no training models on it. Our privacy policy has the details.
Questions
Common questions.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. We can start from your existing code, even with little handover, and improve it in place rather than rewriting it.
Who owns the code?
That’s set out in the written agreement for your project, which we agree before work starts.
How do you handle our data?
Only as your agreement and instructions allow. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising or train models on it, and we delete it on request or within 30 days of the agreement ending. See our privacy policy.
